I checked it out today and I saw some new releases. It was advertised as exciting. I don't watch too many westerns. But this is a republic film, the actors I never heard of. The cover art looks good, so I'll give it a try and review it.

John Barrymore. Famous for his profile, but also one of the best actors out there in classic movie land. He could do drama, comedy, tragedy and make it all believable. I just watched Dinner at Eight and Grand Hotel and noticed in both films John kills himself, poor John. Now I have to watch Midnight. This film shows even with a drinking problem when he comes on screen he commands the screen.
I found another interesting rare film, on the watch list/ review list. This pairs George Raft and Claire Trevor and the title is I stole a Million. I'm really rooting for this one, so let's hope it's good!
Quiet Please, Murder. A rare film starring George Sanders. It's an odd little mystery that takes place in a library. I re-discovered it after looking at a rare film site. On the watch /find listHave you seen the Match King? He's extra slimy here, but he plays that role and Glenda Ferrell is in it. She is so underrated. Watch it! It's old, It's engaging. He's the cad of all cads. WATCH IT!
